AV & Extras- Our preferred supplier for the event is Showcase  and they will be providing the following services: Stand Build, Furniture, Electrics, Graphics, AV, Plants & Floral. If you would like to order any of the above, please contact Ben Collings.

The deadline to order these elements is 1 March. After this date, items are subject to availability. 

Compulsory forms-  Failure to submit the forms will result in not being able access entry onsite. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Diana Colpos.
Dedicated Internet - Wi-fi will be provided for all delegates, however, if you wish to do any live demos or are relying on the internet to showcase your products, we recommend ordering specific internet for your requirements. If you would like to order dedicated internet, please contact our Venue contact, Agha Abbas, aabbas@pphe.com.
Catering- If you wish to order any catering for your stand or meeting room, please contact our venue contact at Park Plaza Westminster.

Deliveries Information Shared- Please inform Diana Colpos by 6 March if you will arrange delivery and collection for your materials. Please ensure to advise exactly how many items will be delivered, date of delivery and the name of the delivery company.

►Delivery and Collection Instructions Sheet - We would ask that you kindly read the instructions which have been put together to ensure that there is no confusion in respect to the receipt of any delivery and that all such deliveries are passed to the organisers of our events in the most efficient manner possible.
