Tracey joined bp in May 2021 as the CEO of Convenience Europe and Southern Africa and was subsequently promoted to SVP Mobility & Convenience Europe in March 2022. Prior to BP Tracey was the COO of Boots UK and Ireland having previously spent 17 years with UK retailer Tesco. In her role as Managing Director Convenience & CEO One Stop Stores Ltd Tracey was responsible for the largest Convenience store business in the UK.

Tracey has held a variety of roles in her 25-year career and has a breadth of experience across retail operations, convenience retail, strategy, loyalty and marketing, and customer service. Tracey is known for her values led leadership and a genuine focus on people, she is a huge supporter of promoting a diverse workforce and in developing others to
achieve their true potential. Tracey is an ambassador of the Retail Trust helping to champion the health of UK retail and a committee member of the National Autistic Society, both UK based charities.
