Stuart has over two decades of Omnichannel retail and digital experience having spent 21 years at Currys (formerly Dixons Carphone) in various commercial and digital roles both in the UK and Internationally. Since 2007 he has held various digital leadership roles spending the last 5 years of his tenure at Currys leading their eCommerce business and digital transformation. In November 2020, he joined M&S as Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation to accelerate the digital transformation at M&S. As part of this role, Stuart leads Ignite – a programme connecting M&S to the global start-up ecosystem to drive reciprocal incremental value and accelerate the pace at which M&S achieves it’s target outcomes. Stuart is a non-executive director of M&S India (a joint venture with Reliance Retail) and a director of The Sports Edit (majority acquired by M&S in Jan 2022), Europe’s leading online destination for premium activewear.
