Sarah Jarvis is Eagle Eye’s Communications and Propositions Director. She has 15 years’ experience working within the retail loyalty industry spanning loyalty programme design, CRM, personalisation, data analytics, data commercialisation and technical implementation. She has a deep knowledge of the fundamental principles of loyalty and is passionate about the power of personalisation, having successfully worked with some of the world’s biggest retailers and FMCG brands to help them drive profitable growth by putting the customer at the centre of their decision making processes.
An English graduate from the university of Nottingham, Sarah is currently co-authoring the 2nd edition of Eagle Eye CEO Tim Mason’s book, Omnichannel Retail: How to build winning stores in a digital world, which will be published in late 2023.
