Following a 14-year career with Procter & Gamble, spanning across beauty and luxury businesses based out of Europe and Asia, Sarah joined Rapha in 2014 to head up the APAC sales and marketing team. Within a year and a half, she had become Chief Marketing Officer on their leadership team, returning to London to take up the role. Sarah’s responsibilities as CMO included directing Rapha’s global and regional brand development and marketing programmes, ecommerce and digital experience, and global customer service department, and coordinating teams of hundreds of people. In November 2018, Sarah was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer, running the full end to end commercial operations and logistics across eCommerce, the retail estate and new channels.
