Sara is responsible for bringing to life the Pentland Brands positive business strategy across the business and portfolio of sports, outdoor and lifestyle brands.  Sara leads across all areas of sustainability, ethical trade, health & wellbeing, diversity & inclusion and environment. Led by Sara, in 2021, Pentland Brands launched its 100-1-0 positive business strategy; which sets out ambitious targets to be delivered, by the 100th anniversary of the business, in 2032.
