Alison is a digital expert with 17 years’ experience in product/service design and digital strategy. Alison brings a proven record in driving business value through innovation, customer strategy and experience design and is a recognised expert in consumer behaviour, using the techniques of HCD to help companies develop new useful, usable and delightful experiences for their end consumers.
Alison spent eight years with AKQA leading their digital strategy and user experience design practices. Whilst at AKQA, Alison worked on many innovative programmes for clients from the development of connected product experiences through to the creation of global omni-channel ecosystems. Some key highlights include the development of a connected robot vacuum cleaner, transactional banking and wealth management tools, and a driving diagnostic tool to allow drivers to reduce their fuel consumption and pollution emissions.
Alison has worked on multiple award-winning projects including a Grand Prix at Cannes.
