As creative editor Nicola works across Retail Week's core content team, marketing solutions team Connect and the brand's live market intelligence tool Prospect, aimed at technology suppliers. In this role she helps lead Retail Week's creative digital content strategy across all teams.
Nicola regularly chairs panels and appears on TV and radio.
Before being appointed creative editor, Nicola was content editor, leading Retail Week’s editorial output across digital and print.
Nicola started at Retail Week in 2008 as a reporter before becoming news editor in 2011.
