Naomi started her career at Accenture working with Sainsbury’s launching Nectar, creating an online retailer brand for Dixon’s Carphone and delivering propositions for EE, Camelot, M&S. She also led the delivery of complex programmes in CRM, loyalty and data analytics for Vodafone, BT and Natwest. At Dunnhumby, she led Customer Strategy, Insight and Loyalty solutions globally and moved to M&S where she was Head of Insight bringing research, analytics and data science together to drive deeper customer understanding to inform strategy.
At Tesco she has accountability for Insight across the Group which influences decisions.
She is a Board advisor for the Strategic Marketing MSc. at Imperial College London Business School and is a mum of three, aged 12, 10 and 7.
