After a career as a telecoms hardware design engineer, Mat held fixed income roles at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley.

His experience spans tech, capital markets, supply chain finance, investment banking, venture capital and private equity. He has consulted for the International Finance Corporation globally.

Mat founded HyperJar after seeing an opportunity to bring retailers and customers closer together in a more sustainable, mutually beneficial ‘save now, buy later’ environment.
