Martin Bell joined Hotel Chocolat in September 2019 as eCommerce Director. In this role Martin has full responsibility for developing the omnichannel proposition as well all aspects of digital trading & merchandising, performance marketing, design and user experience.

Prior to joining Hotel Chocolat Martin held the role of eCommerce Director at WHSmith responsible for leading the digital teams and playing a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of the business.

Martin has previously worked in various digital senior leadership roles across Mothercare, Tesco, Best Buy and Dixons Store Group brands
