Mark Wright is the Managing Director for Multichannel at iconic British fashion brand Jack Wills where he leads to the store, web and customer experience channels to put the customer at the heart of decision making.

He has a wealth of retail experience, beginning his career in stores at Marks and Spencer and covering many roles including Head of Trading M&S.com prior to joining Jack Wills in 2015. He has led a number of strategic initiatives to innovate and transform the Jack Wills culture which has seen the company return to profit and most recently been involved with a number of Ecommerce innovations which include focus on mobile, payment solutions, in store ordering and a drive for customer obsession in all selling channels.
