Laura leads Retail Week’s diversity and inclusion programme Be Inspired. Our mission is to give everyone - regardless of age, background, gender, race, sexual orientation or ability - the tools, inspiration, knowledge and connections needed to fulfil their career aspirations. Together with our partners and ambassadors, we believe in being active participants in driving progressive change and equality in one of the UK’s most important sectors.
Prior to running the operations for Be Inspired and strategically overseeing its evolution as the UK retail's leading inclusion, diversity and equity initiative, Laura was Head of Commercial Content Operations for Retail Week’s content marketing agency Connect. She joined Retail Week in 2013 as Supplements Editor having previously worked as a journalist and Features Editor in the wine and spirits industry.
