Jon Rudoe is combining our retail and IT teams in a new structure reflecting our focus on a personalised customer experience, whilst also leading marketing and trading.
He joined in April 2017 from Sainsbury’s where as digital and technology director he covered all technology, digital businesses, digital and marketing innovation, and user experience.
Before Sainsbury’s he was head of retail at Ocado, leading its web, marketing, product, supply chain, own brand and data science teams, helping to double sales at the etailer.
Jon worked for Bain & Co. and was a venture capitalist early in his career. He holds an MBA with high distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School.
