Jennifer Duffy has an esteemed reputation in Digital IT delivery and its application to modern-day healthcare and Retail IT.   After 12+ years in the Healthcare industry, In January 2022 she joined the Boots UK Senior Leadership Team as IT Director for the Boots Digital Core with a remit to deliver IT transformation in Digital Retail and Digital Healthcare.  Her combined expertise in both the Retail and Healthcare Industries enables her to look through a different lens when delivering Digital Transformation bringing the idea of a patient being a customer, and all customers being potential patients.
