Jen joined ITC Travel Group in 2004 as Head of Marketing. In 2009, with the UK recession hitting hard and ITC making a loss, she was appointed COO and given the responsibility to turn the business around. When ITC sadly lost its founder later that year, she stepped up to CEO. Today, the company has 210 employees, a turnover of £96 million and profit of £4.3 million; a position they are in thanks to acquisitions, a BBC documentary, private equity investment, and above all, a lot of hard graft from the best team of passionate and knowledgeable travel experts in the industry.
