Jenna Meek is the Co-founder and CEO of REFY.

Jenna launched her first business SHRINE, formerly Gypsy-Shrine, from her bedroom in Manchester and within 2 years SHRINE saw worldwide success, holding residencies at festivals including Under the Stars and Coachella, and being stocked at global giant, Topshop. 

In November 2020 Jenna launched her second beauty brand REFY with then model and creator Jess Hunt. Launching with innovation at its core, REFY’s first product - the Brow Sculpt - was revolutionary and REFY is now stocked in Selfridges & Sephora across the UK, US & Canada. The brand has also captured the attention of celebrities including Bella Hadid and Shay Mitchell and makeup artists Patrick Ta and Hung Vanngo.

Jenna places a huge emphasis on culture within her business, having grown from a team of 5 to a team of 70 in just 3 years. Thus far, REFY has taken no external investment and is an extremely high profit business. They've since sold more than 2.5 million products, with more than 8 million visitors to their website and a 50 million GBP valuation. Jenna was included within the Forbes 30 under 30 2022 accolades for her work in Retail and Ecommerce.
