James has been leading Data Capability and Data Products in Consumer Marketing at Costa since late 2021. Drawing on his vast experience with data, CRM and comms strategy to activate data driven consumer journeys, he supports a variety of stakeholders across CRM, app/web, paid media, technology and external partner teams.
James leads multiple project teams on complex strategic projects including digital transformation, and values relationship building as the foundation to any success.
Prior to Costa, he worked agency side on several high-profile brands, including Samsung, BT/EE, British Airways and O2.
