Iain Robertson is Chief Operating & Innovation Officer at Fortnum & Mason.
As part of Fortnum’s Executive Team, Iain has a key role to play as part of the leadership team taking their exciting innovation agenda forward.
After a highly successful 17 years at Burberry, his focus now is on building a platform to develop and deploy new ideas and designs, while elevating the customer and people experience for the luxury retailer and minimising Fortnum’s environmental impact.
Alongside this Iain is driving the elevation & agility of their operational capabilities ensuring the enablement of Fortnums ambitious growth plans.
In his role at Burberry as Senior Vice President, Global Planning & Inventory, Iain was critical in the creation of one of the most forward-thinking fashion supply chain models in the industry.
He was also Co-Chair of Burberry’s Strategic Innovation Council, which conceptualised and delivered many of their most innovative and disruptive customer initiatives - including Burberry Bespoke and the future of retail concept.
