Giuseppe Guillot is the Logistics and Systems Infrastructure Director at Kurt Geiger since September 2016. Prior to joining the company, Giuseppe was as an executive advisor in digital strategy for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Previously, he was Managing Director for MedicAnimal.com (2014-2015), an online retailer of veterinary products and pet supplies, backed by Balderton Capital, with turnover of ~£70MM and overseeing all business functions of a 200+ employee organization.
Giuseppe spent 7 years at YOOX Group as Chief Operating Officer (2012-14) and previously Technology Director and HR & Organization Director. During his time revenues grew ten-fold and YOOX went public in 2009.
Prior to YOOX, Giuseppe was a senior B2B eSourcing consultant in the USA and Sweden with Emptoris (now part of IBM) and IBX (now part of Capgemini). Clients included American Express, Ericsson, and IKEA. For those companies he led online negotiations for global supplier contracts of goods and services worth over 1BB Euros across 20 commodities in more than 10 countries, and delivering over 20% savings.
Giuseppe started his career as a consultant at Bain & Co. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Rome and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
