My career has taken me from a ‘No nonsense, data led, customer focussed shopkeeper’ running flagship stores for Marks and Spencer in London to a ‘Digital and Cultural Transformation leader’ driving change in technology and culture to deliver tangible results in people, brand customer experience and EBITDA at Marks & Spencer, Topshop Topman, Arcadia and now Kurt Geiger. I have a proven track record in Technology and People Transformation in a number of different ownership organisations Single owner, PLC Board and PE backed.
Now as a key board contributor and operator on the executive board at Kurt Geiger Ltd. I have responsibility for both front end delivery and back-end systems and development. Delivering results through both pure brand sites Kurtgeiger.com and Carvela.com, our multi-brand site Shoeaholics.com and a wide range of digital drop ship partners ranging from High Street, Next.com to high end Luxury, Harrods.com and Selfridges.com.
