Chief Commercial & Product Officer. After completing a degree and PhD in Food Science at Leeds University, Emma has almost 20 years’ experience in delivering successful innovation across Europe and the US, for companies such as Mars, Heinz and Nomad Foods. As a founding member of Nomad Foods’ Plant Protein Business acceleration team, she built the company’s portfolio of Green Cuisine branded plant protein products (Europe’s fastest growing plant protein brand). Now at Ivy Farm, she is working with some of the best engineers and scientists in the UK to develop the technology needed to produce cultivated meat at scale, without the need for intensive farming.
