Highlighting the importance of people in retail, the People & Wellbeing Zone will support retailers to create businesses that do right for their people.

This content zone will entice all full spectrum of business types and leadership approaches, looking to attract and retain diverse talent. Topics will include diversity and inclusion, talent, mental health and culture.

Both days start with everyone enjoying sessions together on the main stage, such as keynote speeches from retail’s leaders and insightful discussions with young minds. Then you can head over to the People & Wellbeing Zone for a stream of content that’s been curated just for you.
