Kirsty Saddler

Kirsty is first and foremost a strategist, having spent ten years in creative agencies such as JWT and BBH in the UK and the US followed by four years as the Brand & Marketing Director at LEON restaurants and then three years at Speedo. In 2012 she completed an MSc in Sustainability and post-covid was a co-founder of a regenerative agriculture start-up New Foundation Farms.
Following her ambition to have more direct impact and within the food system, she joined IGD in 2024 as the Director of Health and Sustainability programmes.
