Important update for 2020

Every year we get excited to host Retail Week Live, as we unite the retail community and play our role in shaping this vital industry. This October we were hoping more than ever that we could do this, as our industry needs now to partner and support each other more than ever. Therefore, it is with great disappointment that we won't be able to run Retail Week Live in 2020. 

The team has worked tirelessly for the last four months to ensure your safety at the event, putting in numerous measures so that you could still get the value from attending Retail Week Live and to leave with new ideas on how to reset and rebuild your business in today‚Äôs world. We were delighted only a few weeks ago when the UK Government announced conferences could go ahead from October. However, as we see the global response to Covid-19 continue to evolve, and numerous localised spikes across the UK, we can no longer be sure that we can deliver the quality and return on investment that we have always delivered for our partners and attendees.  

Our focus now is the 2021 edition of Retail Week Live. The team is excited to rip up the events rule book and get planning to make sure we once again reunite the retail leadership at Retail Week Live. Be prepared for the unexpected, to be inspired and to meet the right people to support you through a challenging trading environment and ensure 2021 is your year. And of course all of this will be delivered with your health and safety at the forefront.  

In the meantime, Retail Week will continue to offer you a series of virtual experiences - just check out our upcoming virtual events here. 

And finally, but most importantly, we would like to thank you and all of our customers and community who have supported us in the past few months - we are dedicated to making 2021 the best yet.
