New to 2023 we are creating tailored content and networking zones within the event. This will allow every job function and attendee to maximise the value of the event, and create optimum networking and focused insight for all.


The C-suite has always been at the heart of Retail Week LIVE, but this year we’re creating a space where retail leaders can network and discuss the burning issues they face.

This is the place for off-record boardroom debates and networking for our C-suite community, speakers and Discovery judges. The Boardroom Zone will create an intimate environment to allow for high-level strategic decision-making.


The biggest and most experiential area of the show, Retail Week LIVE’s Tech & Digital Zone will showcase the newest trends shaping the tech and digital retail world, and enable them to explore the most innovative solutions first-hand.

The Tech & Digital Zone will include immersive content sessions (to be revealed), and is the place to hear about the must-know trends in digital transformation. It’s also home to Retail Week’s famous ‘Discovery Zone’ - showcasing the UK’s most exciting startups.


Covering all elements of the customer journey, Retail Week LIVE’s Consumer Zone will explore how customers live, think and shop - and what that means for retail.

With sustainability at the front of consumer consciousness, Retail Week LIVE’s Consumer Zone will include vital information for retailers on how measurable change can be achieved and performance managed in relation to CSR strategies and ESG targets.


Highlighting the importance of people in retail, the People and Wellbeing Zone will support retailers to create businesses that do right for their people.

This content zone will entice all ranges of leadership looking to attract and retain diverse talent. Topics will include diversity and inclusion, talent, mental health and culture.


With all retailers striving to be an employer of choice, the Future Leaders Zone will help develop the next generation of senior leadership and showcase the breadth of opportunities a career in retail provides.

Talent development remains vital in our industry, as does ensuring a diverse talent pool to progress into senior leadership roles. This brand new content area for Retail Week LIVE will explore the key retail themes all future leaders will want to know to ensure career growth and drive business success. Topics will include the evolving nature of retail leadership, roles of the future, D&I in leadership, social mobility, diverse workforces and mentoring.
