We want you to book with confidence, knowing that Retail Week Live has you covered if the unexpected occurs - we live in a crazy world after all!
If you book your ticket and you find yourself in any of the below scenarios within 30 days of the event, we'll be happy to move your ticket to next year's event, help you transfer your ticket to a colleague or client or we will provide you with a credit or refund so you can have peace of mind that it won't go to waste:
The state or country you live in issues advice not to travel to London;
The state or country you live in imposes a quarantine on those returning from travel to the United Kingdom
There's a further lockdown phase in the state or country you live in.
Further to this, we may determine that as a direct result of COVID-19 it might become commercially impractical or unfeasible to hold Retail Week Live on 13-14 October. If this happens, we will provide you with written notice as soon as we can and we will endeavour to reschedule the Event to later on in 2021 and we will transfer your ticket to this date. In the unfortunate situation that we cannot run the event due to COVID-19 during the calendar year of 2021 then you will be able to obtain a credit or refund on your ticket.
