YOUNG MINDS: Think you know what the next generation wants? Think again.
A brand is what consumers tell each other it is, so how do brands retain their intended narrative? In this session, young consumers will discuss current needs and trends from a variety of perspectives, including ecommerce, live shopping, in-store, the metaverse and community building. They will give us candid insight into what retailers need to do to engage with young consumers today and how it can transform their business.
