The echo chamber. Surrounding yourself with 'yes men'. A team of clones and suck-ups. Call it what you like, if you are constantly consorting with people who agree with you and make you feel like a genius or you're always right, it might feel good for the ego, but it's not always good for business or your career. Whilst we all need people we can trust around us, having them indiscriminately affirm your decisions or views - negative or positive - is not always helpful.
