How often do you find yourself leaving a one-to-one, whether with your boss or a direct report, feeling as though you haven’t achieved anything? How often does it become a rant about things that have gone wrong? Or focused on the day-to-day, forgetting wider goals?
Despite this being a crucial time to touch base, recalibrate and ensure focus, often it’s hard to make those minutes count. In this session, an expert moderator will guide a discussion with two colleagues who already have regular one-to-ones.
