In a post-Covid world, the importance of mental health has never been so paramount. We’ve learnt that not only do we need to show more empathy towards our colleagues, but we must go above and beyond to support their wellbeing. This session will see leaders explore some of the strategies they’ve implemented to promote positive mental health across their organisation, and what they're personally doing to take responsibility for the wellbeing of their organisation.
