Keynote: How to turn purpose and ethics into business success, the Green and Black’s way

26 Mar 2020
Main Stage
Ethical Warriors , Talent Seekers

Jo Fairley set out on her entrepreneurial journey in 1991 when she co-founded Green & Black’s Chocolate with a desire to “change the world one square of chocolate at a time”. Sales are now approaching a £100 million a year, but it hasn’t always been smooth sailing. In this keynote, Jo will share insight into how Green & Black’s went from her Portobello Road bedroom to being a global ethical brand, and how having a deeply embedded purpose can inspire and sustain retail growth and innovation.
