Lee is the Global Chief Experience Officer of Crabtree & Evelyn, joining the company in late 2016. Lee’s role is wide-ranging and is dedicated to putting experience strategy at the heart of the business. Previous to Crabtree & Evelyn, Lee  spent most of his career agency-side. Lee was the Managing Director of Huge London where he oversaw the growth of the London office. Previous to Huge, Lee was a Managing Partner at DDB, Client Services Director at SapientNitro for 8 years. Lee also had stints in branding and also ran digital for two series of Big Brother whilst at Endemol UK.
