Ndu & Hayel are the co-founders of cultural insight and creative consultancy, Word on the Curb. The business focuses on building culturally fluent brands by over-representing underrepresented audiences across the communications chain. After starting the organisation as a passion project from their Manchester University dorm rooms, Word on the Curb is now a team of 9, working with organisations such as L'Oreal, the NHS and Unilever to better communicate with marginalised communities.
