With 11 years of experience in FMCG, Deonne has worked within Shopper Marketing departments in some of the worlds largest FMCGs, including Unilever and Procter & Gamble. Within those 11 years, Deonne has worked through FMCG highs and lows and has played an integral role in driving shopper marketing plans for brands and retailers. Deonne is now the Shopper Marketing Manager at PepsiCo and is responsible for leading the  day-to-day delivery of effective shopper marketing programmes, specifically for Asda and Morrisons.
