The importance of psychological flexibility in the workplace
In the workplace, managers manage, and leaders lead people. It’s helpful if we understand how people work, not just physically, but psychologically. We prize physical flexibility but why don’t we value psychological flexibility, and what is it anyway? A culture of psychological flexibility inspires an adaptive, resilient and productive team.
